1. What data we process Agent Talk processes the texts and voice commands you enter (“input”) as well as the answers generated from them. When you sign in via “Sign in with Apple,” we receive a pseudonymous user identifier and — if you choose to share it — your email address.

2. Purposes and disclosure to third parties

  • AI agent: Your input is forwarded via our server (agent-connect.computeq.de) to the AC Bridge you installed on your own device or server, where it is processed by the AI agent you configured. Which additional providers this agent involves is determined by you through its configuration.
  • Speech output (optional): If you enable speech output from OpenAI or ElevenLabs, the answer text is transmitted to the respective provider for speech synthesis (OpenAI, L.L.C. or ElevenLabs Inc., respectively). Their privacy policies apply.

3. Purpose of data processing

Data is processed exclusively to provide the app’s features: voice calls, chat, and image transfer to the AI agent configured by the user.

4. Disclosure to third parties

Agent Talk itself does not share any data with third parties. The connection is established directly between the app and the server configured by the user. The respective server operator is responsible for processing on that server.

5. Storage

The application stores conversation content and chat messages only on the user’s device or in the user’s iCloud account for synchronization between the user’s devices. The only data stored outside the user’s Apple account is the server configuration entered by the user themselves.

6. Permissions

The app requires the following device access:

  • Microphone: for the voice call feature (active only during a call)
  • Camera / Photos: optional, for image transfer in chat mode

7. User rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data, as well as the right to restrict processing. Since Agent Talk does not store personal data on its own servers, these rights are directed at the operator of the server you have configured.

8. Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy as needed. The current version is always available at the URL provided in the app settings.
